All wedding events for the weekend (and most guest accommodations) will be at Villa Lena. https://www.villa-lena.it/

The nearest international airports are Pisa (~45 minutes by car) and Florence (~1 hour and 10 minutes by car). Transportation will be provided from Florence on July 3rd, but Villa Lena can also help arrange airport / bus / train transfers from Florence or any other locations. For those renting cars, there will be plenty of parking available at the Villa.

If the weather permits, many of the events at the wedding will be held outside at Villa Lena, so please plan for having to walk or stand on varied surfaces (grass, brick, etc.) when you are picking shoes :) Additionally, because the venue is so large, many of the accommodations are quite spread out from one another. If walking more than 10-15 minutes will be difficult for anyone in your party, please let us know when you RSVP.

Rooms have been booked for every couple. If you've been invited individually, you're very welcome to bring a plus one you don't mind bunking with. Please do let us know how many people to expect when you RSVP and whether you prefer a double bed or two twin beds. If you're bringing your kids and they require their own room, please let us know when you RSVP.

All rooms from the 3rd-6th of July at Villa Lena or nearby hotels will be taken care of by us. If you would rather book your own room or Airbnb nearby you're welcome to do so, we just ask that you please let us know so that we don't reserve a room that goes unused.

Villa Lena is very kid-friendly, and you're welcome to bring your children. There will be optional childcare for some events (such as the rehearsal dinner). Please note: for the wedding dinner, we kindly request that guests with children under 10 years old please use the arranged childcare, unless you've discussed alternative arrangements with us. Childcare will primarily be based in the Fattoria building, which is very centrally-located and close to the reception location.

Breakfasts and dinners will be provided every day. The restaurant at Villa Lena, Osteria San Michele (https://www.villa-lena.it/dining/osteria-san-michele), will be open for lunch service in between. If you have any dietary restrictions please let us know when you RSVP.
