Our wedding will take place at Villa Lena, a hotel and artist residence in Tuscany.

The villa is located in Palaia, about an hour from Florence (Florence Airport / FLR) and 40 minutes from Pisa (Pisa International Airport / PSA). Rome’s Fiumicino Airport (FCO) is another option, with a train connection of about 2.5 hours.

We plan to spend the night of July 2nd in Florence. As far as hotels in Florence, we've stayed at and enjoyed Hotel Calimala and Palazzo Guadagni, but there are many other hotel options (including Airbnbs) as well.

We will arrange guest shuttles from the center of Florence to Villa Lena leaving around 1pm on Friday, July 3rd. We will also have a shuttle leaving Villa Lena around noon to drive guests back to Florence. Villa Lena can also help arrange transportation for any guests arriving from other airports or at a different time.

The villa is very spread out, so if you are interested in exploring the whole grounds or are concerned about mobility, you may want to rent a car. Parking is ample and widely available throughout Villa Lena, including at all of the guest accommodations.

Once you arrive in Palaia, all of the events for the wedding weekend will be at Villa Lena. If possible, please plan to arrive at Villa Lena by the evening of July 3rd. We hope everyone will be able to attend the welcome party to meet one another, explore the villa grounds, and kick off a wonderful weekend. We can't wait to see you there!
